Ryani was very helpful and super patient to serve me. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy. I asked to see coin purses and she pulled out every purse from ladies and men dept to show me. I enjoyed my shopping here because of her. Happy with my purchase.

Review from my experience earlier this year. I was served by Noraini during my first visit. I bought a wallet on chain for my wife which I later found out that she didn’t like it. So I planned to exchange it for a handbag.
When I visited the YSL boutique at ION Orchard for a refund/exchange, expecting the same level of service I received during my previous purchase. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. No staff greeted me upon entering, and when I approached a male colleague for assistance, he simply informed me that the sales associate who had helped me before wasn't working that day and offered no further help. I ended up browsing the store alone, trying to find suitable exchange items, but no one stepped in to assist. In the end, I left empty-handed without completing the exchange.
This stark contrast to my first visit, where the service was attentive and helpful, was surprising. Even more affordable brands often provide better customer service. I'm hesitant to return to this location due to this poor experience.

Walked into the store and was attended by Nani. Patiently attended and introduced to us on the item that we want buy. Didn't flinch one bit when we wanted to consider our options. We are extremely pleased with her service and her cheerful disposition. Thankful for her presence to assist on our decision making.

The sales woman lacked manners and treated my mother and I rudely. She was so condescending and claimed I had no idea what I'm talking about. Not only that but she kept interrupting us. She even had the guys to pull up a "celebrity using the bag we were looking at?? As if I wouldn't know the brand ambassador?? Other boutiques are better and have great customer service for example the YSL Beauty

Sent my tote in to get it re-stamped as the previous label had faded. Appalled at the quality of the workmanship! Letters are blurred and unclear. The letter P is a solid block. This is unacceptable for a reputable design house!

Happened to pop by the store after walking around Ion Orchard and Jian Bin was the one who attended to me. I had experienced rude and unfriendly sales associates the entire day so I was pleasantly surprised to be treated so nicely. Not only was Jian Bin friendly and extremely helpful, he even took out different colours of the bag for me to see even though I wasn't sure if I would be buying it.
I was so impressed by his service that I went back the next day to purchase the bag. 2 weeks later I even went back to buy 2 more card holders from him. At first I couldn't decide between 2 designs of the card holder but he understood what I wanted and recommended the best one for me. It turned out to be exactly what I needed.
Highly recommend looking for Jian Bin if you are at Saint Laurent in Ion Orchard, his service is really top notch.

To YSL management team, I hope you can replay the video recording happened between 5.45pm to 6pm today at ION YSL outlet. I was 9mth prenant woman and in the shop getting Christmas gift for my friend. I was told by the junior staff if I spend more than 250 dollars I will be given a Christimas gift set which includes a mirror. Upon payment, the male sale which seems to be more senior told me that the mirror only comes additional purchase on other items even I already spent 265. Not that I really need the mirror, but I told him you all should honor what was communicated. He simply said 'no' claim the junior sale is new and force me to purchase additional item. When I rejected him. He still persist asking 'so you want to get additional?' He asked the junior staff to apologise to me for miscom after instate my position . I am not sure what junior staff told him privately but then the male staff suddenly agreed to give me the mirror and said 'OK miss I can give you but I will tell my management team about her'. Trying to make me guilty of getting the mirror. I didn't accept the mirror at the end because I think the young junior staff provided a good service and I don't want to get reported by her colleague over such a small mirror.
But my overall experience with YSL has ruined by the male staff from how he handled such an issue. This is my last time going to this branch.
There could be much better service I would receive from other outlets.
