I had the pleasure of purchasing a Rolex from Gary at The Hour Glass Ion. It was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. First time visit to Hour Glass at Ion on a weekday evening, quite a few customers were being served at the time. A nice lady SA Priscilla kindly invited my wife and I to take a seat and we will be attended to shortly.
Priscilla then attended to us and provided us with an overview of Rolex watches, as well as invited us both to try on the various models. Even after trying on a few watches already, she still kindly offered us to try on some of the other models.
Priscilla had great knowledge of watches and was able to provide advice for my wife and I who were looking for watches as a commemorative gift to ourselves.
Though none of the watches we liked were available, Priscilla was very helpful and assured us that we would be added to an interest list and that she would be personally following up with us if they managed to allocate the models we liked to us.
It is this personal touch which we felt provided a very nice and welcoming experience as first-time customers like us. Thanks, Priscilla and the Hour Glass team!

Consistently Exceptional Service at Rolex ION Orchard
On my return visit to the Rolex ION Orchard boutique, I once again received fantastic service from Andy and his team. Despite his busy schedule, Andy took the time to patiently explain the heritage and stories behind the different Rolex models, making the experience both informative and memorable. I was happy to show my support by adding another watch from him.
With such professionalism, passion, and genuine care for his clients, I will continue to patronise Andy and the ION Orchard Rolex boutique.

Introduced by a friend, Rain was fantastic. I had a genuinely enjoyable experience discussing some of the Rolex timepieces on display with her.
She was warm, patient, and encouraged me to try on a few models, which I truly appreciated.
What impressed me most was her extensive knowledge—she took the time to explain the history and significance of several pieces, making the visit feel both informative and personal.
While there wasn’t anything available for purchase today, I left with a very positive impression.
