As a frequent patron, it was appalling to encounter the girl working closing shift on October 8, who was extremely rude, obnoxious and full of herself. We had many things we were considering buying, she started trying to kick us out at 8:15 pm when store's official published closing hour is 9 PM. Btween 8:15 and 8:20 PM, she proceeded to ask us 3 more times to hurry up and leave.
She was on her cell phone from the moment we entered the store, for the whole time till she tried to rush us out. She was texting instead of paying attention to what was going on in the store. No hello or thank you.
When we questioned why she was closing the store early, she rudely said she had closing duties so needed customers to get out early, and she was following her boss' order. I told her I've been to the store and other locations many times before, never experienced closing early or got asked to leave early in such a manner. And suggested she could inform her boss since we had many things we were interested in.
She started telling us about her closing duties, to justify why she was rushing us out. It was very unprofessional so I advised her it wasn’t our business. As customers, we were there for a fun thrifting experience, which unfortunately wasn’t the case.
She was still on her phone, even when she was removing the hangers (with one hand, and another hand texting) from our clothes, which was making some of the fabric being pulled and damaged. I called her out and asked her not to do that. She got upset.
She began getting extremely snarky, made sarcastic and rude comments towards us. When I was about to pay, she said "You should know how to pay since you've been here so many times". She also didn't bother recording membership details, or offered me to use a voucher I had on file.
I had to handfeed my membership details to her, and later found out she still never entered it (on purpose) so I'd miss out on points.
When I asked her to at least fold the pile of clothes we bought she said "there's no customer service here".
No wonder this store is going to close soon.

Found it accidentally while here for a hair treatment in the same mall. Happened to have my sizes and was able to get 3 to 5 pieces at a go. Am delighted as the quality still ain't too bad. And I m done with my CNY shopping for 2025!

Such sweet & welcoming receptionist/customer service. I went to the store on 9/5/24, attended by a young girl who was also patiently training the new employee there. She explained the membership and offered me a good discount upon signing up. Thank you for the service; deserves 5 stars.

Refash had misplaced my items twice. On the second occasion, they claimed that I'd left fewer items that I'd actually left with them (40 vs 20). They'd informed me to pick up my 28 rejected pieces on Saturday, but were not able to find the items when I went over and told me to come back later; and that customer service would be in touch. However, customer service did not reach out to me. When I returned 4h later, they told me that they had misplaced my items, and that customer service would be in touch on the compensation for them. Do note, they offer $0.50 per rejected piece that they'd misplaced - i.e. I should minimally be receiving $14 in compensation. However, they claimed that I only had 8 rejected items, and that they'd only be compensating me $5. Honestly, $5 is measly for the effort and trouble I'd gone through making my way to their shop twice. I would've donated the rejected items to charity, rather than receive a mere $0.50/piece.
Dispute resolution process was long-drawn-out (it took 5 days in total with my constant follow-ups). Customer service team was apologetic but insincere. They discounted the fact that this is the second time they had misplaced my items. I don't think the additional $1 that they offered was in any way compensatory/helpful at all.
