The service was timely and efficient! Everyone there looked after me very well today. Ethiel was very detailed and patient with informing me with all the necessary "warnings" eg do not go near pregnant ladies and kids for 15 hours etc. Was sweet and professional at the same time. Carol was very gentle with the cannula and shared with me homeopathic ways to boost my immune system using ginger, turmeric and lemongrass. And Isabella held my hand while settling me into the PET CT machine. She was very soothing and made me laugh, easing my tensions.

I have a pleasant experience at RadLink, the staff from reception to the nurses were all very friendly and nice. They make it so lively that it doesn’t seem like a place just for patients. I would like to compliment Selina and the team for taking their time explaining to me the processes and what I would experience after injected the medicine so that I’m not worried of the side effects in my body. Thank you all!

Wanda, Selina and Ethel have made my experience at the centre a very comfortable one, and their professionalism and friendliness put me at ease. I don't feel nervous or uncertain before my scan. They make sure I'm kept informed of the whole process and things to take note after the scan, and kept me warm and comfortable at all times. Kudos to the team for such professionalism and excellent services, giving warm hospitality as well.

Selina and Ethel provided very comforting care to me. They were very personal, friendly and patient in explaining to me the step by step process for the procedure. Although I peppered them with questions, they never hesitated to give me informative replies and they were very gentle when inserting the needle and injecting the liquids. I couldn't have asked for anything better, they made the experience much less worrying and fearful. Thank you to the centre, to all the staff for taking such good care of us patients!

22 November 2024 My experience of RadLink today is very different from the last time I visited. The explanation of the staff is much clearer than the many times I visited between 2019 to 2022. Despite I am using the same equipment for the PET scan, for the first time I understand it is PET combined with CT scan. Also this group of staff, lead by Isabella Abegail Wei Li, with the attention to details and preparing the expectation, has enriched my experience of being scanned. The male nurse who put on the cannula was very clear and careful too when he was drawing my blood. Again very different from previous team. I was kept very warm with the beige duvet like blanket. Providing the Pampers is also new. Previously I leaked once, this time I can go under the machine without holding back. In the scan room, the instruction was clear, the procedure felt effortless to complete. The whole procedure is very orchestrated. All the staff helped each other to enhance the overall experience. One other point I noticed, are the hands of the nurses felt very warm. I believe the environment temperature is slightly lower than normal room in order to keep the equipment in good condition. All in all, kudos to the full team lead by Isabella Abegail Wei Li and the male nurse. It is so heart warming to see the next generation doing so well. To the management, please treasure your team, they are a group of real gem.
