22 Sept (Mon): I had a pleasant visit for my PET Scan this morning at Radlink PET and Cardiac imaging at Paragon Medical. The staff were very friendly, gentle and kind. I would like to thank Abigail, Carol, Selena and Ethel.

Good environment and cool design layout for waiting area. I’m doing X-ray this morning. Efficient and Professional staffs, and the direction with separated area door entrance for image screening is much discreet, compared to their other block neighbour competitor. I was working in this imaging field before as IT, I can feel the good difference. Busy waiting area , still quiet and less noise.👍

This is my 1st visit to Radlink to have my ultrasound and BMD done. Friendly ,professional and helpful staffs at the registration desk . The waiting time was fast even though the clinic is crowded. Miss Vanessa is very helpful and acknowledged my presence when she saw I was waiting near the changing area , she approached me to check if I am waiting for any examination to be done and expertise by checking my records. She also informed me that I will be next in queue. A good and pleasant experience.

Visited Radlink Novena on 25 Jul. Staff Nurse Carol is the most caring and compassion person I ever met. While preparing me for the scan, Carol has given me a lot of good health advice. Superb touch by her sincerity.

Selena is a very good nurse. Remembers us and always take only one shot when taking blood from veins. Very patient

Seamless experience when I do my scans at Radlink. I went for mammogram, ultrasound, mri and pet ct scan today.
The experience is so good that put me at ease while spending half a morning here.

Had a scan today and the experience was great! The healthcare professionals (Ethel, Selina, Isabella and Andrea) were not only professional but also friendly. They took time to explain the entire procedure in detail, answering my questions and addressing my concerns with patience and care. And their reassurance made a big difference in my comfort level throughout the entire process. Thank you to all of you for making a potentially stressful experience so positive!
