Had an absolutely amazing experience at Puma 313 thanks to JAWN PUA!! My wife had her heart set on a pair of Shibui Mules, but unfortunately, her size was out of stock at the store. That didn’t stop Jawn — he went above and beyond by checking with other outlets, securing the size she needed, and even collecting it himself just to make sure she got the pair she wanted.
We were genuinely blown away by his dedication, patience, and outstanding service. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to customer satisfaction. Jawn is truly a gem and a real asset to Puma.Due to his excellent service, I will support Puma and only Puma from now on!

Visited Puma at 313 and if I remember correctly the kind salesman of the name Li Zheng served me and my good friend to find new running shoes. Safe to say both me and my friend went home with our new Magmax Nitro because of his impeccable service. You guys should promote him or give him increment to his salary or something

After all this time it was my first time actually stepping into this flagship store today while accompanying my runner friend to buy a new pair of racing shoes he can use for marathons and other sports events. The location is great being on the ground floor of 313 Somerset, and literally facing one of the busiest Orchard Road pedestrian crossings. Yet when we visited at lunchtime today it wasn’t too crowded, and the staff that attended to him was really efficient and friendly. Good experience 👍🏻
