The clinic has closed down. No heads-up given by the clinic to inform existing customers that the clinic is non-operational. Only found out when I went in for my scheduled appt to see the doors closed and the notice displayed. Photo was taken on 6 October 2023.

I had a very bad experience of thermage treatment at Prive clinic. Nurse told me that I can tell the doctor if it is too painful. I was very sensitive to the pain during the treatment so requested more mumbling treatment. Without informing me of possible side effects and precautions, they gave me this inhaler, which is expiring in less a month. I totally lost consciousness after I took the inhaler for like 30 seconds. Whnen I was still under anesthesia, my body was undergoing great stomach pain and my subconscious was craving for help. I soon vomited badly when my consciousness was slowly coming back. I can hear the nurse talking to me however my mind was on and off, the only thing I could feel was terrible stomachache! The nurse told me the treatment is over. When the doctor came, she told me that I couldn’t bear the pain so she only applied the low power and the effect won’t be ideal and recommended me to go back in 9 months. Thermage treatment usually lasts 1 to 2 years and I don’t see the reason why I need to go back to do another treatment in such a short period of time plus I am just 33. I feel like I almost died in this clinic and would not recommend it.

This is the worst/lousy picosure laser I ever had. Trial price at SGD380nett. I guess the doctor may think that I will not take package and even I shared with them I got this picosure done before somewhere in Malaysia (I Love the result so that’s why i just call for appt on the same day, only this clinic got slot for me). Since the doctor know I got it done before hand, I think she should perform and explain to me about the treatment once again and also the standard setting to be used on her client. For sure I will compare the downtime/effect immediate after the laser. But, super disappointed....... the doctor only go through the session for me about 2mins time,although she combine for me with another type of machine to treat my acne, I still feel it is just a敷衍 (I’m sure that is only 2 mins, I was talking to my hub on the phone). I mean I’m not judge base on the duration from the machine, but it can feel after the treatment from the skin. *NO NOTHING* = “fast and furious” treatment... the consultant trying to sell me package, I straight show her my photo done before, even she also think that was a thorough treatment I had. Coz can see from all over the face really undergo a “treatment”.. No invoice given end of the treatment. Also don’t know what I had done. Anyway, I feel super disappointed....

I tried this place because of the good reviews. But my experience was not very good... I recently did the Calecim Facetherapy and was hoping to clean out my pores as well with their gentle extraction. When I go for facials in other places, after the extraction areas have healed, my skin is very nice about 3 days after the facial. But 3 days after the Calecim Facetherapy, my skin seems to be worse than when I came in. Some of the extraction points have become pimples. Like the extraction was not done properly and there is sti some gunk left in the pores. For those with sensitive acne-prone skin, I suggest to go to clinics and not here. The money paid for the facial is not cheap and it was such a waste.

Did thermage here. Expect lots of hardselling, staff kept telling you to sign for package for cheaper price. End up the treatment can only be used in one area. Doc claimed about being ethical in her videos but apparently not so after all. Didn't even get to see them open the new head for thermage right in front of me. Don't even know if the head was reused.

Compliments to Dr Soh and the team and thank you for taking care of my Ultherapy treatment. Was initially very worried about the pain but the nurses were very assuring. They applied more numbing cream for me and it was actually quite bearable. Treatment results are great and I really do see a difference especially in the photos they took for me.
