Unnecessary waiting time of close to 3 hours or more. Everything is super slow, the registration, the doctor, the typing of prescription into her computer by the doctor (it was literally one letter one second). Doctor was not the most competent. Recommended for patrons with no better place to go and with nothing better to do.

Dr Liew has been my GP for the past 10+ years. Positive experiences every time. The front desk folks get a bit overwhelmed sometimes due to the volume. Just a suggestion to the front desk: don’t mention the medication names when handing it to patients. I’m sure not everyone would be comfortable with an entire waiting room finding out what ailments he/she has. 😁

worse clinic experience. visited the clinic on the 29th July. The receptionist was pretty rude & unfriendly. Overall, they are not professional in the service they provided

impression of the clinic assistant wasn't good. She appeared stern and slightly unfriendly. Also, the clinic doesn't medication for certain sickness and you have to purchase the meds from a pharmacy based on doctor's diagnosis. This is pretty appalling as the medication I had to get was super expensive. Also, requested the clinic assistant to share with me a copy of the prescription which I am still waiting. Dr Liew was a pretty pleasant lady =)

Dr Esther has a lovely bedside manner, be prepared to sometimes wait but you can always book appointment so you are seen on time. The receptionists are usually quite busy so just be patient with them.
