Tap.Try.Buy was a breeze. Delivery to store was swift. Store had a queue system so there was a short wait for my items. Friendly fitting personnel prepped my items into a bag and brought me to the fitting room. Counter personnel was kind to assist me in changing some items due to in-store discounts. Overall it was a good “personalised” shopping experience and Pomelo refreshed my perspective of (physical) shopping! Thank you!

I can vouch that the service and experience on their website/app ESPECIALLY during sales is terrible and probably the worst that I experienced from a big company. HOWEVER, in this physical store, the service that I received from both cashiers on Saturday around 5--6pm was the entire opposite. They were friendly and helpful!

probably worst retail experience ever,, was looking forward to the try-on feature from online to physical store @313 and just that one staff in the dressing room did her job poorly and was q rude. lol don’t waste your time, product was alright but overall wouldn’t recommend. first time shopping at pomelo and most likely my last. quality of product is okay but could be better.

Love their clothes, cutting and their quality is good worth the price made more then 3 purchases from them and no problems at all. I like their shop app/online and try on at their store very convenient. Staff are friendly too!
