They haven't submitted my visa yet, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The front counter were very effective but could be a little friendlier. Dr Irene was very good and a very easy person to talk to. I do feel that could be better clarity regarding the xray

I absolutely do NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. I went here for visa medical checkup and they screwed up the blood draw so badly that I could not bend my arm without pain for a day after. It has been 7 days since and my arm is still extremely bruised. Absolutely ridiculous given how visible my veins are and I’ve never had this issue before even with thicker needles. Personally I will never go back there again.

I went there at Paragon for a medical check up because that was the nearest clinic from my office. The doctor was very kind during consultation, however, one of the girls sitting on the left side of the front desk as you enter was rude. She was just so cold all the time with a rude manner and I almost told her off about her attitude towards patients. Hey, if you are working there taking your salary from the clinic, go home and learn some manner how to talk to patients in a decent manner. You should not be in that field as an assistant, receptionist or whatever and dealing with people. I will never go to this clinic, ever again.

Staff and doctor were all very very nice and friendly. Don't let the low star rating deter you. My medical examination for visa was very smooth sailing and pleasent.

Staffs were quite friendly & helpful. Both of them helped with the process well and made it easy. Doctor and technician who took the blood test and x-ray were very polite and friendly too. Even my e-medicals were submitted within 2 days which is earlier than the promised time (3-4 working days). My only concern was the waiting time for an x-ray was too long as it was crowded. Everything else was great!
