I purchased a dress from your store. And your cashier named NANTIINI told me the dress was the last piece on display. She asked me to check for the defect and wanted me to purchase from it. And I asked her to check other outlet as I only wanted a new piece of dress. She did not say anything and walked straight to the storeroom and got me a NEW PIECE of the dress I wanted within 5 seconds. Why she wanted to lie to me? Is it because she was lazy to pick up from the storeroom? I am very particular with service language and her body language told me that she was very unwilling to serve me as a customer. First time as a customer to purchase from your store and very disappointed with Ms Nantiini’s service. Thank you for the negative experience.

The retail associate is very helpful. She answered all my questions. I was able to reserve my dress for the day and get a discount by signing up as a member on the same day. Prices are also affordable.

This was my first time visiting this store, and definitely the last. I came because of their "buy one, get one free" dress promotion, intending to buy two dresses. However, one of them didn’t have my size. The staff told me that if I only bought one, it would be at full price — I agreed at the time.
Later, I changed my mind and decided to get two dresses after all, and I picked a second one that was actually cheaper than the original one I wanted — clearly still within the terms of their promotion. But the staff refused to honor the deal, saying that since I had already paid, it couldn’t be changed or refunded, with no flexibility whatsoever.
What upset me the most was her attitude — cold, impatient, and even somewhat rude. She completely lacked basic customer service skills and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. She acted like she was the owner of the place and didn't care about customer satisfaction at all.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will never come back, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone
