Egyptian Fish Singaray was very interesting, deboned and topped with onion and carrots plus olive oil. The aromatic rice that came with it was much more flavourful than the one with came with the Mixed Grill. Tabbouleh Salad is tangy and refreshing making it the accompaniment for all the meats. The tomato sauce from Iskendar Kebab was delicious, wish there was more beef to mop all the goodness. Mixed grilled platter comes with beef, chicken and lamb. Good for first timer trying Mediterranean Food.

Everything the service staff recommended was great. Love the Baba Gannoush! The Flaming Cheese is a must order for its fiery presentation. It was an awesome dinning experience. Would love to return again.

I’ve only tried Mediterranean food a couple of times before, and I didn’t know much about it. But this restaurant really surprised me. The menu is much more diverse than I expected, with lots of options — especially grilled meats. If you love meat, this place is perfect. Their signature flatbread with dips was amazing. I thought it would be hard and crispy, but it was actually soft, warm, and really flavorful. We ordered the grilled prawns, a beef dish served with flatbread, and a small vegetable pancake. For dessert, we tried one of their signature items — a cheesecake that’s deep-fried on the outside and served with ice cream. Very unique and surprisingly good. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely exceeded my expectations. Even on a Monday afternoon, the place was quite busy.

First time at Pistachio’s for a team dinner. Great hospitality by Agnes and her team! Absolutely loved everything I had for the evening - flaming cheese, Moroccan chicken tagine with couscous, baba ghannoush (fav!!!), hot chocolate lava (fav!!!) & konafeh (fav!!!). I don’t take beef or lamb but colleagues enjoyed their grill mains as well. Will definitely return to try other stuff on their menu next time

Have always wanted to try this place and finally did when it’s not too crowded before 6:30pm. The lamb chop paired with the cheesy eggplant is very flavourful and lamb done in almost like medium rare style which I really like. The dessert is also yummy and I love the ice cream that comes with it.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pistachio yesterday! The Mediterranean cuisine was exceptional, from the tender lamb ribs and juicy beef short ribs to the delightful mixed grill and fresh-baked pita bread. The muhammara, moussaka, harissa sauce, and fiery halloumi cheese added delicious layers of flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Pistachio!

I came here on recommendation by someone to try their 200 day aged beef. While browsing through the menu, we also decided to get hummus and garlic cheese pita bread. I decided to get an iced lemon tea as well. The garlic cheese pita bread was an absolute banger. It was served hot and you could still see the cheese sizzling. The hummus also made for a good dip to go along with it. When the beef came, I was really wowed by the size of the bone. The meat also fell easily off the bone, and we could portion it seamlessly with the fork and knife. It also tasted great. The lemon tea was also quite well made. Reservations are recommended as I saw some people being turned away as it was full house. I would also want to return with a bigger group to try other things.

Came back to Pistachio after 2 years — still solid, but not all hits. Good quality Mediterranean food overall. The slow-cooked lamb shank was rich and full of flavour, and the falafel was the bomb — crispy outside, fluffy inside, just the way it should be. The Adana kebab was a miss — pretty forgettable. We paid $90 for 2 pax after GST. Not surprised at the price — they do use quality ingredients, though the lack of a queue on a Saturday evening says a bit about the crowd appeal.

The food here is exceptional. The flavors are vibrant and balanced, with ingredients that are clearly fresh and thoughtfully sourced. The falafel is crispy on the outside and tender inside, while the grilled kebabs are juicy and full of flavor. Beyond the food, the service is fantastic. Their staff Abby is knowledgeable about the dishes and happy to make recommendations based on your preferences. It’s clear they care about your dining experience and want you to enjoy every bite. Whether you’re here for a casual meal or celebrating a special occasion, this Mediterranean restaurant is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Abby is friendly and provided a great service during our dinner. Thank you for the lovely experience. The food is awesome especially the bread, pide and the meats. The meats are still juicy and not dry from the grilling.
