Great (but expensive) collection of kids clothes.
However the staff is definitely not interested to serve and busy in their own world. I wanted to check a specific size of a t-shirt for my 9 months old toddler and when i asked to check the size (of a folded t-shirt), they asked me not to unfold and look at the pattern of the t-shirt which was on display.
That was for a 3 months old and there was no way I could compare.
Walked out. We don't need such attitude in high-end malls catering to paying clientele.

Very rude and impolite service. really want to buy some clothes for my baby. but the short hair staff service make me sick. i dont think those clothes is expensive but the staff think maybe i have no money to buy those clothes????????????? so ridiculous. never ever buy this brand. arrogance

Rude staff..they judge the customer (how much they will be spending) and behave accordingly. I found it very rude..whenever I check something the lady would come and re-arrange as if we messed it up. So sad to see such behaviour from high end brands or is this way they are supposed to.behave!!!

Same experience as the below reviews. Everytime I passby this outlet, noticed the same staff perpetually on the phone gossiping instead of serving customers. When I try to check on sizes, she will haughtily tell me - these are not sales items. Did I say Iām only looking at sales items?
