It's a pretty small store. The aisles are really cramped and as a result there isn't that wide of a selection. We bought pee pads because our delivery hadn't reached and the prices were about 1.5-2x more than ordering online. They were quality pee pads but just price-y. We also got a "collar of shame" here - it was helpful to be able to see the collar to make sure it was the right size.

Dear management, What is the point of investing in a phone to keep in the store when it is not even being utilized? The closing time specified on Google is 9.30pm, however, I got there at 9.15pm and they tell me they are closed.? I work in retail, and my store closes at 9.30 as advertised SO WE CLOSE AT 9.30. It is 9.26pm as I am writing now. I am extremely disappointed in the accommodation of your store. Please handle the situation better as other reviews are saying the same thing.

Second time purchasing shampoo for our dog here. We love the product. I forgot to bring my member card, But the staff Melvin guided me so patiently and i was able to use e-card and got a good offer. Thank you

i went to pet lovers at centrepoint a few days ago and was served by your staff named Jasper. His service was one of the great, had a great shopping experience there. KEEP IT UP
