The opening hour cannot be trusted. Went there purposely at 2.30pm after my lunch and noticed that the staff is on lunch break until 3pm.
Walked around nearby and went again around 2.45pm. The staff lady was there in front of the shop, saying that “no sir, now it is lunch break”.
If there is an official lunch break, please reflect on the website. Similar reviews have been given below.
I had no issue with other branches at all.

The shop is super small and many items are missing.
But really the most irritating thing, is that opening hours can't be trusted. How many times did I go there to find out that the staff went on a 45 minutes break. It is really annoying.

been to this shop 4 times.
1st time, the staff wasnt in, and i waited 15 mins before staff returns.
2nd time no issue.
3rd time, staff wasnt in, waited 45 mins and i gave up.
4th time, staff wasnt in, waited 5 mins and i gave up.
i wonder is the staff handling two shops?
Have no issue with other branches though, only this branch. Maybe i should call and ensure they are there before heading down next time.
Note, none of those are lunch break timing.
They have a note that says when they would be back, either it was wrong, or in today's case, both arms are just point to '6'.

I like tothere staffs is have good service , smiley face and also i yesterday go the store purchase some Christmas toy For my dog , my dog is very like it ! Keep it up !
The shop this plc outlets because the staff are friendly and accommodating, The shop is small but neat and clean. Nice !
“Burp” This brand my dog very like so much then the price reasonable.

What’s the point of listing down your shop phone number when no one bother to pick up?
So far have no issues calling other pets lover outlet.
Edit: so I found out the reason why the staff wasn’t answering the phone. When I reach the shop, he is busy watching YouTube.

Perfect location in Central Area for those living nearby. Wide selection - but not as much as some of the others.
Would give a higher review but sometimes I’ve gone to the store during its open hours and no staff were around and it was closed up!

I walked passed and popped in at 12:38pm. The sales personnel was excellent. I was looking for cat food for my senior cat with CKD. Options are limited but he was patiently showing me the limited options. Kudos to him. It’s rare to see such levels of service these days.

I would like to give my compliments to Alex for his excellent customer service. My dog has been experiencing itchy skin for a few days and the shampoo he recommended has helped to mitigate this issue. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future ☺️

Had the same experience as some of the earlier reviews. Came here last night before 7.30pm, got the sign that says be back at 8pm. Came again today around 12.30pm, got the sign again that says back at 1.10pm. Tried calling earlier around 12.15pm earlier but to no avail. Suggest to amend your trading hours online that includes meal hours.
