The food was really good! It was very worth the price and very filling. You could also add your own sauce which makes it better for people who like less salty foods. I had the beef and it was very good!

Still one of the top affordable food choices around with quality ingredients. Although at times it could be due to the way it was prepared, at times, we do felt that there are too much pepper inside. But at times its perfect. Nonetheless we will still give it a 5 star due to its almost consistent taste. The place actually would look more presentable if it was cleaner but then again, its takes more effort tl do so. Well, with franchise, its up to the current shop location owner to set things straight. Similar to other franchise, some would be more welcoming and we do hope this place will shine more brightly than other locations. We love the food here 😊😊. All in all there are mix reviews but let us be based on the most recent visit. So its 5 star for now. Staff needs to smile abit more and get the place looks abit neater and cleaner. If that hits home, we are sure, business will boom further as it will pull customers with d extra effort that they put in setting them different compared to other stalls Cheers!! #piquedwanderer #pepperlunch #pepperlunchexpress #plazasingapura

Hot plate was cold, no sizzle at all. The “Caution Hot” warning sign is a joke. ‘Generous’ portion of beef. Asked the staff, he said, because the plate was “hot”, the beef shrinks. Geniius reply. Like most food establishments, started well, cut corners and end up closing down.

The outlet ran out of rice when I visited on two occasions, on 21 Jan and 26 Jan, slightly before closing time. Sent a message on Facebook to Pepper Lunch to feedback, was told I would get a reply within two business days, nothing so far. Would have thought that after the first instance, the portioning issues would have been resolved. But it looks like this outlet is more interested in selling out fast and preparing to close early. Edit: Following Pepper Lunch’s half-hearted reply, I’ve filled in my information on the link but no one has reached out to me. Subsequently visited the outlet thrice at around 8.45pm, still ran out of rice every single time. Maybe it’s time to change closing time to 8.30pm!

Mention here it opens at 10am, but when I arrived, I was told it only opens at 11am. Very misleading
