I had the chance to try the NAD+ scalp treatment at Papilla. The treatment was very cooling on the scalp, which felt amazing, especially in our hot weather. The scalp massage that came with it was also super relaxing.
The staff were friendly and professional, and they explained the process clearly so I knew what to expect. I’ve noticed less hair fall since the treatment, and my scalp feels much healthier. I definitely recommend giving this treatment a try.

Have been with Papila since their Nex outlet, followed them to the Taka outlet, and now to their beautiful space at Wheelock. It's been an amazing journey watching get better and better, with the experience and outlet facilities.
Each visit is not just about scalp care — it's an experience. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and always make me feel comfortable. I've seen a real improvement in my some of my hair loss area, which speaks volumes about the effectiveness of their treatments.
Definitely one of my go to places for much needed self-care.

Updated as of 29th July: Got a call to ask for my details to start the refund process, although they originally said I would see the refund in my bank by the end of the month.
Updated as of 14th July: Admin fee now reduced to 10% of the package. Note that even though the cancellation was done within the 7-day cooling period, there will still be this charge.
Updated as of 13th July: I did get a reply. After 3 weeks, I was told they could process the cancellation, but it would come with an admin fee charge of 20% of the package. This was not made clear in the contract signed. Future customers be aware.

I can only echo what other low reviews mentioned - staffs recommended various packages of $6000 to $15000 and even signalled an OK sign to other colleagues at the reception after closing my deposit.
I had initial trust in the technology and thought it would help my condition. Unfortunately, a few days after the trial, I began experiencing itching at the front of my scalp and had a huge increase in hair fall, particularly on the 3rd to 5th day post-treatment. These reactions caused me concern and discomfort, and I had requested to discontinue any further sessions.
It has been 3 weeks since. I have not received any follow-up, and I am getting worried that my money will not be returned. I'm posting this review up here in hopes of getting an update.
For context, I visited the outlet and spoke with other staff members on the 5th, 6th, and 7th days post treatment to raise my concerns. There were no attempts to check on the condition of my scalp. One staff member said she didn't believe I had more hair fall and that I should still continue. My consultant even called on a different day with the same message. I was appalled with the lack of service recovery and responses and requested to cancel the package. Over the several times I went down, I was turned away and asked to go home to wait for a follow up. 3 emails were also sent. Despite these efforts, I have not seen any resolution.
