Extremely efficient staff members. Smooth process from renewing passport to ID. They go out of the way to help you with documentation and explaining the process. I applied for a normal passport renewal which stated 4-5 weeks and mine was ready in 3 weeks.

Submitted my passport for renewal, after 5 weeks when I call and they replied it’s even not yet printed and will take more time then usual as Pakistan don’t have money to pay for lamination paper. My question is why they charge us 4 times higher fee from passport office in Pakistan when they not even giving the travel documents on time?
If Pakistan don’t have money to buy paper and delay the shipment why they don’t compensate those citizens who loss $$ because of their fault and have to cancels their flights, bookings and other personal matters?

I applied for a Visit visa and the process was seamless. Called in beforehand and received all needed details. I submitted the application in person and took me less than 20 minutes. I went to collect my passport 3 days later. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding service and facilitation. Went for passport renewal. Staff us super helpful. Payment is also now possible in the mission. No need to go to Habib Bank branch.

Staff is helpful and polite, the passport renewal process has regressed though, requiring a trip to Habib Bank branch first, and depositing money, then coming back and applying for passport. This is inconvenient and must be improved
