I am very pleased with the service provided by Mdm Hena. I was applying for family visa to Pakistan and she patiently guided me thru the online application. Her professionalism is clearly indicated by her in depth knowledge of the procedure. My application went smoothly!

I needed a waiver for exemption PCR test for arrival Pakistan from CAA, the deputy high commissioner Ms. Farhana Asif did excellent, kind and professional prompt support. She is an excellent officer. Please to see such personal like her in foreign Pakistani consulate / high commission.

I'm really very much Thankful to High Commission of Pakistan at Singapore for the support. I was stucked with my father at Singapore due to Suspension of Flight Operation in Pakistan during Covid-19 as I came at Singapore for my father Cancer treatment. Such a nice and cooperating Staff and Specially Madam Rukhsana High Commissioner. I really thankful to them for arrangements for retrun to Pakistan.

Very nice staff and cooperative. Iqbal room is a special place in PHC. However, no literature available to promote tourism in northern area of Pakistan. To attract more tourists to Pakistan there must be some exhibitions and seminars about Pakistani culture.

5 stars for speed and efficiency of visa processing, and super helpful staff, in particular a gentleman named Ari who was really helpful and made the whole process very easy.
