The Onitsuka Tiger shop offered a fantastic shopping experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, ( i didnt got her name) allowing me to try on more than six different styles and sizes without any issues. The store itself is wonderful, unlike others—fully stocked with all the styles, including the latest arrivals. Returning to exchange for a different size was hassle-free. Highly recommend this store for its excellent service and great selection.

I was served by Jenny when I visited the store. Jenny has a pleasant disposition, polite, always smiling and did her best to help me with the correct sizing and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked to try a different size, which I appreciated. However, when I attempted to pay with my AMEX card and the transaction was declined, I asked the staff whether AMEX was accepted. The response I received was, “I don’t know oh,” which was quite surprising. It’s unacceptable for retail staff to be unaware of the payment methods their store accepts. I strongly recommend retraining your team to ensure they are informed and can provide proper assistance at the point of sale.
