Onitsuka Tiger is a famous classic brand of shoes, with a timeless design translated into different materials, from fabric to leather and other materials I'd rather not identify in case I get it wrong.
Besides shoes, the store also has clothing and accessories.
Located in Takashimaya B1, it has decent-sized shopping area and comfortable with seatings and sofas. Customers can browse and try on the merchandize and flip through catalog.
I like the product designs and colors, the range seems to never go out of style. The staffs don't patronize the customers and even when it's crowded, it still feel comfortable to browse.

I'm the fan of Onisuka Tiger .I love their shoe very much because it is so comfortable when you wear it.Today i drop by their outlet at Takashimaya for a very first time to pamper myself another pair of shoe.Guess what ???..I'm so impressed with the service given by Mr Shahrul @Takashimaya. He is so good and very friendly . Initially i was so confuse to decide which design and colour suit me the best hence i asked his opinion .Can tell that he is not a person who simple push you to buy something that does not suit you .And he is so genuine and recommended me which model suit me the best.I'm so happy for my purchase today and for sure i will come to look for him if i intend to buy my favourite shoe .Thank you Mr Sharul and thumb up for your great service👍👍👍 .Keep it UP !

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and gave them a call before I arrived as I was going to do a refund. They picked up the call promptly and willingly answered my questions! When I arrived, salesperson YT also promptly came to our service despite the store being busy, she prepared the shoes of different sizes quickly uncomplaining and offered a shoe horn for us to try on the shoes. At checkout she ensured the shoes are of good condition and voluntarily explained the details of the shoes and the exchange. Overall, a wonderful experience here at Takashimaya Onitsuka Tiger, would recommend :)

I’ve never written a review for any store before, but I had to this time because of Tina. Her service was exceptional, better than what you’d expect even from a manager/senior-level staff. Patient, warm, friendly, and truly customer-focused. I’ve visited before but didn’t buy. This time, I was lucky to be served by her, and it made all the difference.
Surprised her name wasn’t on her tag, just the standard “staff” one, someone like her deserves to be recognized. If you visit, definitely look for her. Thank you, Onitsuka Tiger for this amazing experience! 👍

Went to Onitsuka in Takashimaya, and I must say, I particularly appreciated their selection and the patience of Angela, their sales associate. She made me understand the different qualities of OTs, and levels of comfort. That is attention to detail and service, I only found in one other OT flagship store.....Japan. Was served by a lady at first when I am looking around for another pair of Tiger.
After I had decided what to buy, I approached Sharul who is very helpful. Unfortunately, the design I want, stock is unavailable, and as such, I suggested him to get me other colours to try for my size, he apparently, get me a pair of white with black stripes. And, I loves my 1st pair 3 years ago which I bought from IMM, therefore, I chose the same that I bought 3 years ago. He really had the patience to served and assisted and also his products knowledge is good. Thank you!
