I went to this Omega dealer for the first time, asked about the Speedmaster First Omega In Space and they happened to have one piece. Gary Tay showed me the watch as well as other pieces. After trying on the watch, I purchased the FOIS. Gary was very patient and knowledgeable. His advice helped me to decide with no pressure. He is a good guy and highly recommend seeing him if you are interested in Omega.

Thank you very much to the store managers for such a great, kind, positive service. I don't remember the manager's name, but she is a wonderful woman. We are grateful to her for buying an Omega Seamaster watch for my husband. We bought a watch and they also gave us many gifts, a pen, a bag, and a voucher for a certain amount in Ion Orhard. This woman manager is a sorceress and took us to the administration and helped us with everything. Thank you very much, we are happy ❤️ This was our first time visiting Singapore and we are happy ❤️

My mother and I visited the Omega boutique at ION Orchard. Upon entering, there seem no one bother to greet us. We walked towards the counter and Gary T was standing there seemingly busy with the counter device. Even when my mother stood in front of the counter, Gary gave no eye contact at all and not even bother to look at us, as if no one was there until we said "Hi". Then Gary very slowly and refusingly raised his head to look at us, and gave us a very reluctant and fake smile on his face. We asked about a watch, and was told right in the face this is not available, and is only assigned to selected customers. We are aware and have no problem with such practice (owning both Rolex & Omega watches) but not with such snobbish attitude! Well, it is what it is. Then we asked for another model, his impatience started to grow but still he tried suppressing it but as customer you can feel the uneasiness towards us.
It was an extremely disappointing experience in visiting the Omega boutique at ION Orchard. In fact we chose ION boutique over Marina Bay boutique, thinking it would be less crowded and more pleasant. How wrong were we!!!
