Service - I started patronising several years back and was told to go to the counter to order and make payment first. Been doing this ever since. But noticed that they appear to take orders at tables as well and then pay later.
The dishes come quickly as its a small seating area and they need to turnover fast.
Food- There were three of us, my friend and my partner. individually meals - Tom yum soup and rice, fried beef and vegetables with rice, and i think that my friend ordered pork cutler with rice.
He and my partner said that theirs were good. My beef rice was inexpensive but the amount of beef slices were like 5-6 thin pieces and 1 sad looking broccoli. I kid you not, ONE sad looking piece. Perhaps take it off the menu or give slightly more vegetables than meat, will possibly enhance the dish. I will never order that again if I can help it.
Drinks - Thai milk tea, was pretty good and not diluted. Even the dessert, red rubies were done well.
Value- Relatively inexpensive for a eatery located around orchard

I must admit, my partner and I were attracted because of the price. We didn't read the reviews because we were quite hungry and curious at the same time.
The service was fast. No complaints, 5/5. But, when the food arrived, we understood why the recent reviews were quite bad.
We ordered rice with beef, green curry and vegetable. Paid $18.90. The portions were sad, especially the beef rice. The curry has few bone-in drummette or wing part that has the least meat with 2 brinjal.
Honestly, the food tasted good. With the location, it is indeed impossible to sell proper food at this price, but probably the owner decided to chop the portion to win competition from the nearby larger Thai restaurant.
Frankly we would pay a higher price point for a decent portion of meal. We were left unsatisfied and need to go to other place for second serving, brings the cost of the lunch to exceed the other restaurants in the area. Yes we could order more but the experience deterred us from ordering anything else, in the future as well.

This Thai restaurant is always popular at Far East Plaza so we had to try it yesterday for the first time. It was good! Cosy eatery in basement 1. Food tasted healthy and clean too. Real value for money with reasonable prices. Thanks for the good and fast service!

Used to work around the area and come here quite often for lunch for good value Thai food. However, on a recent visit and sadly, found that the standards have dropped. Portion grew smaller (understandably due to rise in ingredients' prices), and taste has become quite average as well, except the chicken wings. Small hair found in Pad Thai, and the staff/owner was quite apologetic, and offered to change. We were fine with it though as just want to caution them. Will probably come back again for the wings or if other places are crowded.
