Alwin was very helpful when I shared that I would like a water filter that doesn’t require drilling. He recommended me one that suits my needs and requirement and knowing that I was in a rush, he could have sold me the alkaline version that was readily available. He noted that I was pregnant, and told me to wait for the new shipment of non-alkaline version, and expedited the delivery to me so it could arrive before my delivery! Great service and I’ll recommend Alwin to anyone who’s looking for a Novita salesperson. He does it from his heart
