I came here to find a pair of shoes for my partner but ended up getting one for myself too. Lian Jian was an exceptional sales associate—knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. He carefully recommended shoes based on our needs, took the time to explain his choices in detail, and went the extra mile to help us find the exact colors we wanted. Truly outstanding service!

I tried many brands in the mall before stepping into the NB store. The salesperson there is just too good in his service, explanation and very very patient ! I bought a pair of running shoes! Hope it lasts longer !

female over the counter and tall male staffs are more interested in talking among themselves, rather then attending to customers. Very unwelcoming and arrogant staffs.
