A glitch in the payment gateway for online purchase got me visiting the brick & mortar store and I have to say, it’s been a while. Thoughtfully design for sampling and the capsule wall display is the eye candy while I sip on the cuppa. The coconut 🥥 loving me came to stock up on the seasonal coconut flavoured capsule, also tried Freddo, and hazelnut. Excellent customer service and I am glad I came, look forward to one of the masterclass some time.

I visited the Nespresso outlet at ION Orchard to get my office machine descaled. Before leaving, I spoke to Hakim, a trainee, to ask about the differences between their products and capsules. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way that really helped me make an informed decision. Overall, I had a great experience at the outlet. Hakim is definitely an asset to the team! 👏👏👏

This is an almost one year belated review for services we received from Boutique coffee specialist Pavitra.
We are still enjoying the recommended coffee machine that she had so much patience to help us select last year from the plethora of offerings from Nespresso. sincerely understanding our preferences etc. Hope you are doing well in 2025. All the best !

Not sure whose brilliant idea to implement a Q system, mixing new customers with current customers whom just want to quickly purchase capsules and be gone. Whole premium experience is ruined by such cheap approach.
