I had a great experience at musee! The staff were incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and very thorough. I’m also very happy with the results; the hair removal was effective and I could see noticeable improvements after just a few sessions. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service and real results!

I tried the IPL treatment for my underarms and upper lip at Musee and I’m so impressed! The whole process was quick, comfortable, and handled very professionally. Staff Eva is gentle and reassuring, explaining each step so I felt at ease throughout. I’m excited to see the results progress with more sessions. Definitely a confidence boost — thank you Musee for the great experience!

Therapist are warm and friendly, while they do suggest for you package to pickup they don’t actually pressure you if you say no. i’ve been with them for 2 years. My main therapist is Joey as I feel she is gentle and professional. Wency which i tried her service is nice and gentle too.

Jane was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. At The Centrepoint, She took the time to understand my needs and made me feel very comfortable. Her support and guidance gave me a lot of confidence, and I truly appreciate the effort she put in. Highly recommended!

Been going for IPL here since 3-4 years ago and it's been a really pleasant experience so far! I really liked when Joey was the one handling my session as she was very gentle, thoughtful and patient with me, so the entire process was pain-free and comfortable. Thank you!
