Poor customer service and administrative support from staff, appointment was delay by 50 mins with no heads up and no apology, one staff even cited that an earlier case caused the delay but that was irrelevant. Doctor was alright.

Very poor service and communication but charging premium prices. Not returning phone calls when waiting for lab results etc. and treating private patients like idiots. Don't go there.

Waited more than 45 minutes after the time of my appointment. Asked to wait at least another 15 minutes more. Don't waste your time here.
