The staff needs serious training - both on personal space and manners (being more gentle, going around the desk, not hovering insistently) and on basic Customer Service needs. Pretty poor shopping experience and even worse when I returned the next day to return a piece. They looked at me like they had never done a return before, and the poor girl kept going back-and-forth, seemingly not knowing what to do. They refuse to give me a refund (apparently “ they don’t do refunds ever”) and wrote something by hand on my receipt and told me that if I open an account I would get store credit. Didn’t come across as professional. Brand management you should be a better job at making sure your sales teams are well trained. Not their fault - just poor training.

Shopped here twice recently. Love their collection esp their tencel and cotton range. Service is OK- staff seem new and not very knowledgeable about the clothes' material or getting new pieces when I asked or enquired about them. On my 2nd visit, I was 3rd in queue to pay but had to wait a very long time even though there were only 2 customers before me. Seems the checkout process is manual- staff need to find each item on the website and type in alot of stuff to check out. Also, while the cashier (a guy) was trying to multitask- check out items in the system, process payment and bag the items, another staff was just standing around doing nothing. Not the most efficient team dynamic and checkout system. Pls consider changing it to scanning the barcode for faster and smoother checkout- for the benefit of both your customers and staff. They also have branches in KL and prices are way lower there (~s$10-20 cheaper) so better to get them from KL if you're there.

The sales assistant and assistant manager were SO kind, patient and helpful in helping me find outfits that could be mixed and matched for work (Thank you Chloe and I didn't catch the other woman's name). They gave me honest advice, and helped find things I would never had tried on myself. 🙏 …

It’s getting worse and worse! 👎🏻 This store is terrible to shop at. The service is very poor. The store managers are always chatting and not attending to customers, pretending to be busy on the sales floor. I This will no longer be my go-to store. I don’t recommend shopping here try another outlet/branch instead. Also, the English communication is poor. If you show any kind of attitude, like not liking their recommendations or bringing something else for them to suggest, they’ll talk badly about you and make the service even worse. It’s like they think they’re the ones in charge! I’m the one buying from you, do I really deserve this kind of treatment? VERY POOR!
