The staff needs serious training - both on personal space and manners (being more gentle, going around the desk, not hovering insistently) and on basic Customer Service needs. Pretty poor shopping experience and even worse when I returned the next day to return a piece. They looked at me like they had never done a return before, and the poor girl kept going back-and-forth, seemingly not knowing what to do. They refuse to give me a refund (apparently “ they don’t do refunds ever”) and wrote something by hand on my receipt and told me that if I open an account I would get store credit. Didn’t come across as professional. Brand management you should be a better job at making sure your sales teams are well trained. Not their fault - just poor training.
