Good rate, no fuss, didn’t worry about slight tear in one note I gave (back in Indonesia nobody would accept). No frills but no problem, thanks boss!

I don’t usually do reviews but this one is rly bad.Was taking out my phone to check the exchange rate and got screamed at. Bad rates and bad service. Don’t exchange there just because the location is convenient, take a 5-10 minute walk to lucky plaza and get better exchange rate there.

Rate was 3.09 on led screen Wanted to change $50 SGD to riggit So I handed them my money They pointed in fine print that 3.09 exchange rate was only for $100 SGD and above, and asked if I wanted to exchange $100 instead. If below, rate is 2.8. I decided to go to other places to exchange due to this min sum, however they refused to give back my money and just exchanged it with 2.8 exchange rate. End up losing $5 sgd in value. Never come here unless you want to get cheated.

Local Singaporean, tried to charge me a 20% fee and the feeling was they tried to scam me and failed to recover. Even in airport they will only take a 7% fee.

Horrible customer service and absolute dishonesty! Went to exchange some Thai baht out of convenience but was shortchange up to $30 and he even gave me notes that cannot be deposited, and they were flawed. Do not recommend going there due to business ethics and felt like they were cheating customers!
