Once I ask for rates and exact amount to be pressed in calculator. They refuses because this is the most transparent approach for dealing with money changer. His turn extremely unhappy and full of attitude. Luckily me, I didn’t accept and decided not to have the deal with them since I sense 100% danger ⚠️.

At first glance, this money changer reviews says” decent rates”. WRONG. Went to change czech koruna. Google rates is 17, I was quoted 12. That’s 30% lower. Terrible. It’s my own fault that I didn’t check the rate as I was in a hurry and changing for someone else. Feel scammed. Avoid at all cost.

Disappointed. My wife just did an exchange from Spore to Malaysian dollar. Couldn't count on the spot as we trust it's gonna be accurate right? The place also don't have a site that could be discreetly do the count. Not much that she exchange but she also don't want to invite any unwanted scene. Guess what! She short of M$100. Sad right! Caution! Beware of this establishment. I encountered an attempt at scamming when the individual outside manipulated currency values on his calculator, inflating the amount by over 30 SGD. Upon verifying with my calculations, it became evident that he was attempting to deceive. The person in question appeared to be of South Asian descent, approximately 5.8 feet tall.

Changed a small amount for Thai Baht, no issues at all. 2 weeks later left my mask at home and approached them to see whether they could sell me one. The boss happily gave me one without accepting any payment. Such a lovely man, bless him!
