Bought the carved sakura ring in Jan 2025, and would occasionally wear it out. However, during my most recent wear, to my dismay, the sakura flower dropped off while en route to my destination, leaving me with a dull looking ring with just the leaves :( For $89, I expected better quality; Nonetheless, I have other accessories from them (necklace) and would say that their craftsmanship is intricate and unique
Reached out to them on Instagram, and the service recovery was amazing! They offered me a replacement, citing that they've upgraded the craftsmanship ever since!

Brought my friend along to check out their rings with me, and she absolutely loved their moissanite eternity band! Absolutely Incredible Service and product. Bought that beautiful Sunflower necklace for my partner for her birthday. At the time I was kinda worried that it wouldn't get there in time but it landed on the exact date. Message card option was simply lovely, loved the font, the card design was spectacular. And to whomever's idea it was to put a pocket scrunchie as well for the package.....here's a virtual Bear Hug for approximately 15 seconds 🐻🤗 . Because I may have taken the credit for that too, but youre the real Hero. 10/10 would definitely recommend

I was really excited to receive this piece as I love the unique design. It’s an exquisite piece of Jewelry. I love how dainty it is and it’s one of its kind, every piece is not from the same cut. What made me really impressed to leave a review is the thought that goes into their packaging and presentation. While unwrapping it, I can imagine how much consideration they’ve made, even the cute little imprinted shapes on the box. Love their pocket scrunchie as well. ❤️

I am a fan of the designs and purchased two necklaces during the visit. However, the service felt quite robotic and not very welcoming. It would be wonderful if the staffs could be more friendly and engaging to match the quality of the products.

Bought necklaces and pendants from them. Nice designs but the necklace always tangle even when i store them in the pouch they provide. Each time the untangling process is quite tedious depending on how bad the tangle is. I never had this issue with other brands, maybe they can improve on their chain design

Had a wonderful experience with Mondays Made. Ordered 2 pieces for an anniversary gift and went down to their store to self-collect. Process was very straightforward and fuss-free. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Unfortunately the sizes were a bit off initially as the ring sizes we currently use use a different measurement and had to exchange not once but twice 😅
Thankfully they were very accomodating and super understanding. 10/10 customer service, would recommend.

I started following Mondays Made on Instagram in March 2024 where I won a discount voucher in their Trivia Thursday quiz. The "Classic Watch Link Ring" in 18k gold vermeil in their "All In Good Time" Collection really caught my attention and I knew I wanted to get it.
I finally had the opportunity to see Mondays Made's beautiful creations up close at their Asia Square pop up in August 2024, where I bought 3 rings altogether! Thanks to Co-Founder Sharlyn's recommendation, I also got the "Halo Chain Ring" that I've been stacking with the "Snowfall White Moissanite Eternity Band" and wearing them everyday. Super happy with my purchase!
I was thinking of buying myself a malachite ring from another shop and just nice Mondays Made came out with their very own "Malachite Coin Spinner Ring"! Tried it out at Mondays Made's newly-opened retail store at The Centrepoint and went home with 2 rings that day.

Be very careful buying items off this brand as an international customer! They do not care about anything when it comes to custom duties and the customers were not told about these charges when purchasing. The custom duties was almost half of my order value! I was totally misled by the “free international shipping” that’s advertised by them, and to me it’s misleading consumers. They were quick to reply to my messages when I wanted to place an order but now when there’s a problem, they did not reply… appalling customer service and please stay away if you want to avoid ridiculous custom duties as an international customer (not from Singapore)!
