Went down to the actual shop to view the product before making a purchase online. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Received my bracelet in 3 days after ordering online, well packed and protected. Love the sustainable packaging.

Dropped by mid-afternoon to pick up a gift for a close friend. I was hoping to grab something from the Rise & Shine collaboration, but it sold out once the online early access sales started.🥲 Nonetheless, had a pleasant experience at the physical store - the store assistant (sorry I didn't manage to get her name :')) was very friendly and helpful in trying on bracelets. Also got some of her suggestions on what looks good, and she also provided additional help that I didn't think of asking (e.g. if I needed gift wrapping and a card once she found out it's meant to be a gift) - something that I really appreciated! Thanks so much for the great in-store experience, no regrets heading down even though R&S sold out!☺️
