Personally didn't quite enjoy my shopping experience here, and for me at least, it felt like a slight waste of time visiting. Their furniture style is very mashed up, and many of their pieces feel a little "cheap" to the touch for the prices that they're charging. It's like their pieces are from Malaysia or China, not as refined. It'd work, but for the fact that they're along the Orchard road belt, I'd expect better.
If you've visited expensive furniture shops like Space, Marquis, or Bo Concept, you'd know what I mean. Of course, prices are also different. But it's just the experience walking around the shop that I'm a little eeked out by.

Enjoyed my art jamming session yesterday w my friends. Quiet and bright space with lots of art jamming colour selections to choose from. There's a free drink and locker provided as well. The paint was easy to wash off from my hands too!

I was browsing and walking through this store with my partner at around 2.50PM. The employee was VERY rude to us, giving us VERY BAD customer service. My partner was testing a chair and happened to misplace the throw pillow, in which he corrected as he placed the pillow properly onto the chair. The pillow didn’t even touch the floor or anything. My partner realised that one of your employees was staring us down even as we walked out of the store, and my partner saw him take out his phone in a way that looked like he was taking pictures of us. We went back to the store to check with that very same employee if he had taken any pictures of us, and if he did, to be deleted as it was taken WITHOUT CONSENT. He denied, and twisted his story many times, even raising his voice at us to the point where other customers were looking at us. He even said that if it wasn’t for him staring at us, my partner would not have placed the pillow back properly which is absolutely wrong. How can he make an accusation like this over someone he doesn’t know? Then he proceeds to just lie to us saying that he was looking at the baby that was touching some equipment. which is an absolute LIE because he already admitted that he was staring at us. He also didn’t want to show us his phone for proof, which makes me believe that he did take pictures of us. This guy was rlly very rude and unwelcoming. He wears glasses, was wearing a salmon pink top.

I’ve been buying from molecule for over 10 years — followed them from Great World City to Centrepoint. Love that they have unique and great quality pieces. Hard to find such unique furniture and clocks nowadays.

Went to look for a marble top display column and was served by Giap. He was very patient with us and answered our questions promptly. We made our decision very quickly and got the display column.
As we opted for self collection so that we can get it immediately, Giap offered to send the column to the carpark which was on level 5.
Excellent service and appreciate his customer service standard. Happy new year, Giap!
