Amazing customer service! I brought in my very old phone for help to remove a cracked screen protector. The staff spent time and care removing the screen protector and did his absolute best to avoid any further damage. I offered to pay a service fee as the replacement screen protector for that phone model was not available but was turned down. Truly appreciated the honesty and kindness!

Superb customer service. I purchased a iPad screen protector and pasted it myself but didn’t do so without bubbles. I’ve been a loyal customer of your store for several years, having purchased multiple phones for myself and also referred my wife and mother. Until now, I’ve always had a positive experience and appreciated the level of service provided.
However, during my most recent visit, I was assisted by an older, balding gentleman (not the usual staff member with spectacles who has helped me in the past). I asked for details about some phones, but the responses were vague — the only information he offered was that "the camera is better," without being able to explain any specifics. When I asked about backing up my phone, his demeanor became noticeably aggressive.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this kind of attitude from him. I have no issue if a service cannot be provided, but it’s the dismissive and unhelpful attitude that was frustrating. Even my wife, who was with me, commented on his behavior. Fortunately, his colleague noticed the situation and stepped in to assist, handling the matter more competently and with much better emotional intelligence.
I believe this employee’s approach may risk losing loyal customers, which is unfortunate considering the otherwise excellent service I’ve received from your team over the years.

Great team working at Mobyshop, always helpful and always willing to take the time to go through the pros and cons of the devices. I dealt with a skinny middle aged gentlemen wearing specs.
