Came here to try my luck to repair my bag straps hook as one side came off, I went to few cobblers but not able to fix it, this friendly salesman said need to send to his head office to repair, after a few days got a call from the shop to collect it and is perfectly done thanks so much !!!

Came by at 8.31pm, shop was already closed. Opening hours as verified by Google Maps AND Ngee Ann City receptionist on duty was that opening hours were to be till 930pm. Receptionist told me that she “does not know why” shop is closed early today.

Alex is the best! Not only he is a professional but also he is very friendly and helpful! I bring my new shoes to add rubber soles for years. The finish is always beautiful and the processing timing is super fast! Highly recommended.
