A bright and well-organised MINISO with a good selection of lifestyle items, home essentials, and cute accessories. Prices are reasonable, and the store is easy to browse. Nice spot to pick up small gifts or everyday items while at The Cathay.

I encountered another extremely rude sale staff. Your sales staff really need training in being polite to customers. What are you going to do about this kind of rudeness to customers? Extremely disappointed and angry. Plus very unhelpful in every way. Your sales staffs really need intensive training in being polite and helpful.

Miniso Somerset..i went yesterday april 27, looking a slipper but a staff is not happy to assist me,her voice is raised,shouting...so i ask help to the cahier,wearing eyeglass also the same not happy to assist coz nobody paying that time and busy to her.phone,.cashier also shouting...the slipper that i want is in the upper part so ineed someone to help...hope the management of miniso will read this review...staff and cashier are rude those who duty April27 Sunday.

Store supposedly closes at 9pm, but staff started to chase customers out at 8.25pm on a Saturday night. I rather take my business elsewhere lol, advising all shoppers to go to other outlets instead.
