I loved shopping at the Miniso store in Somerset! The store is well-organized, and the wide range of products is impressive – from home goods to beauty items and adorable plush toys. The prices are very reasonable, making it a great spot for picking up gifts or everyday essentials. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me in finding what I needed quickly. The checkout process was smooth, even during busy hours. The store’s central location in Somerset makes it super convenient to pop in while shopping in the area.

Got the worst experience from this outlet. Chase customer out of the shop due to they are closing. Please train your staff !

Fault on me for not checking my receipt after purchase yesterday, I simply threw away the receipt and when I check my bank statement today, I am shock that your staff overcharged me extra $4 for Sanrio phone chain.

Never ever visit this 313 outlet again. I went back to exchange a faulty powerbank which is within the 7 days mentioned on receipt. only to be met with loud speech and resentment as if i was there to create trouble when i even asked if there is a better model and paid for the difference. Will the manager please look into your security camera how your staff treat customers and customer service training. Ive never met such rude and unreasonable staff saying that powerbank performance is not within control. Should i then pay for being unlucky having bought a faulty one and get a rude staff raising voice at me when i had been polite all the while? It’s not the first time i had bought from them but will definitely be the last. Time of visit 7 Sep 15:30:52

Never ever buy toys from miniso. I bought a painting by number set for my baby girl and she immediately went home and paint it and to only discover that one of the paint was dry and solid hard after she painted halfway. And she cried cause she can’t use that color to paint. If you have kids, please don’t buy toys from miniso. They will be traumatised. Cashier staff was also extremely rude. She ask us if we want a bag and said it was 40 cents and we ask why so expensive. She replied rudely saying it’s a paper bag.

What more can we say but it’s Miniso selling Miniso things. Funny their logo looks very similar to Uniqlo.
