We were browsing and exploring our options in the luggage department when Jeff from Eminent approached us and patiently explained the features of the different luggage models . As Jeff was very helpful and provided great service, we decided to purchase the KK74 model even though we did not plan to do so on that day.

Metro Paragon - a pleasant shopping experience for me. Stopped by in the evening to get a last-minute bag for an upcoming trip. Staff serving me was very friendly and assisted with the checkout transaction seamlessly but not hurriedly. Recommending a smooth shopping experience for the festive seasons.

Served by a part-timer Tim Yang. My cousin was buying Christmas decor. He was so helpful, explaining and testing functions. Very good service. There are more items but huge so not taking pics.

Metro has good customer service. It’s not intrusive quiet polite and helpful. I bought a great pair of shoes for my daughter and a love in house Kirk wood jacket for my husband. The sales assistants were efficient and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience and handy for purchases for different departments in the same store. The customer experience was great

The bedding department at Metro is the store’s saving grace. A refreshing change to the dull dreary feel that emanates across all the other floors. There is a wide range of goods here and the quality is so much better than the overpriced branded junk you get at the boutique stores. What makes this place truly special is the excellent customer service skills of the salesgirl Elsie. Elsie is extremely personable and knowledgeable - a rare individual that went out of her way to ensure I was happy with my purchase. As long as Elsie is there, I will continue to return and make more purchases.
