My cousin and I had a wonderful shopping experience here thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff, especially Vynn. She went above and beyond to assist me in transferring a pair of shoes from another outlet. Throughout the process, she kept me updated consistently and made sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and helpful attitude really stood out. Thank you!

Thought to share, why most of us most do no contact sales online - staff today was unapproachable, often comes with a smirk smile not genuine, I was going to buy one of the shoes and decided it is a nono to give my support to them at all as they don’t deserve it. Maybe you might want to learn from Charles and Keith? there are people flooding in there because of the welcoming staff

Love how ADORABLE all the shoes are, so versatile as it's casual but still classy. They have so many colours to choose from as well! The service was also very friendly and accommodating to all our requests 😊
