Ms Haydee Yu who has served me is always helpful, polite and patient . She has gone the extra mile by updating me with MCM news , latest arrivals including sales. Without fail she is always very friendly and serving with a smile.I am very pleased that she is always around to assist with my purchases with MCM.

Excellent service by Miiko Chang. Stress-free and smooth transaction. She is extremely patient and helpful, accomodate to all my enquiries and concerns with outmost attention. She is so thoughtful to share with us the tips of product care. Very well knowledge. Highly recommended and will definitely come back for her tip top service!
