Went to paragon outlet cos my sister recommend me to Jaruwan. 1st experience was awesome. Jaruwan let me decide what i want slowly. She was fast in catching what my preference is and recommend me what was on sale. When i texted her to ask her about the bags i wanted, she never fail to reply me and always was very patience and helpful. Went down for 2nd time to purchase 2 more bags. I’m glad I decided to transfer my repair from the MBS branch to the Paragon branch. The customer service at Paragon was significantly better, the staff were more attentive and helpful. They conducted a more thorough inspection and informed me that the bag needed to be sent to Korea for repair. When I collected it today, the Paragon team was incredibly welcoming and empathetic. I would definitely recommend others to visit the Paragon branch. I’ll be sure to return if I have my eye on another bag from MCM ! :)
