Got my Marshall Stanmore III here thanks to Reuben’s impeccable advice and assistance. I didn’t know they closed at 8pm and arrived at 840pm, but Reuben was kind enough to still show me around the store and tested the speakers for me without any sign of impatience or frustration (I did hold them back after hours for a while!). Good service all around. While this place is called “Marshall at Wheelock”, they do carry other brands too. Happy to walk away with a new set of speakers!

Dropped by the pop-up store at level 1 Wheelock as they were having good deals which led me to their store upstairs and was attended to by Reuben. Reuben was so smiley and happy to talk about the Sonos products gave a good experience on showcasing the products and was very informative. He’s like a very happy person to serve his customers. Haha! It was a lovely experience haha!
