I recently purchased a Zeppelin speaker from TC Acoustic, and I was impressed by the service I received! Reuben assisted me throughout the process and demonstrated great product knowledge. The entire transaction took less than ten minutes to complete. He adept at explaining the features of the Zeppelin and comparing it to competing products, which made my decision much easier Additionally, Reuben introduced me to the store's new ambience lighting products, which complemented the color I selected for my Zeppelin. Although I ultimately decided not to purchase the lights, I appreciated the thoughtful recommendation. Overall, I found the experience to be seamless and informative, and I would highly recommend TC Acoustic for anyone considering a premium audio purchase!
