Manfook Hong Kong Roast Meat at Wisma Atria brings authentic Hong Kong-style roasted meats to Food Republic on Level 4, specializing in traditional preparations that showcase the culinary heritage of Hong Kong's roast meat stalls. The stall's signature dishes demonstrate mastery of time-honored cooking techniques that produce the characteristic flavors and textures Hong Kong roast meat enthusiasts expect.
The signature Soy Sauce Chicken stands out for its infusion with top-quality rose wine imported from Hong Kong, slow-braised with superior home-aged soy sauce blended with over 12 herbs and spices. This meticulous preparation creates layers of flavor that distinguish it from simpler preparations. The Honey-Glazed Char Siew has earned particular praise from customers for its sweet-savory balance and tender texture. Additional offerings include roasted duck, with all meats available à la carte or served with rice or noodles.
The menu extends beyond roasted meats to include Poached Kai Lan or Chye Sim with Superior Oyster Sauce, shrimp wanton (fried or soup), and Pork and Prawn Rolls (Hae-Zor). Combination dishes like the Roasted Meat Twin Combination Noodles—Dry ($9.20) provide substantial meals, with optional Braised Lava Egg ($1.00 additional) for enhanced richness.
Located at 435 Orchard Road, Level 4 within Food Republic, Manfook Hong Kong Roast Meat delivers authentic Hong Kong flavors in the heart of Orchard Road. The brand maintains a second location at Hennessy Hong Kong Food Hall in Kallang Leisure Park, extending access to quality Hong Kong-style roasted meats across Singapore.

Went to the leisure park outlet. Food texture a bit hard. Like eating rubber band and eraser. Ha ha. The prawn dumpling is alright. Garlic is quite nice and fragrant. Acceptable if rushing for time as they are quite fast in fulfilling order.

Today I ate here again, but it was not the original employee. The new employee is very hard to communicate (I ordered roast duck noodles, but he made roast pork noodles for me), and he also loudly argued with me, saying that I didnt order with him probably.he also mistaken prepare the food for other customers when i was waiting for order. the employee's is really very problematic, and bad attitude. I don't understand why such as this employee is invited to work. I hope you can solve this employee as soon as possible, otherwise I will not come to eat here if I see him in the future.and the soup are not good taste at las time,

Situated in the food emporium on the 4th floor of the Wisma Atrium, this vendor sits between many other different stall selling similar Asian food.
In comparison to other vendors selling very similar products, their cooked meats are more prominent which helps you see what you are going to get.
The staff here are friendly, it’s a clean establishment with reasonable prices for the products that you can get, I know some reviews say it’s expensive but I wouldn’t say it’s expensive at all for the portion sizes.
We have been a few times now and would return. Very accommodating for us. Staff are welcoming and we get round the language barrier by stating what number dish we want rather than the actual dish name.
Reasonable priced food offers and only addition I would say would maybe more more sauce with the food.

Huge portion of chicken meat and large veggies, the egg noodle is very good, well done.
Also I like their DIY chili, very unique.
