I’d like to compliment Jia Jun for his wonderful service. He was very friendly, soft-spoken, and patience with all my questions. The whole transaction was smooth and hassle-free — really appreciated it! The rest of the staff were also friendly and attentive when we walked in, which made the experience even better. I just had one small doubt: after I got home, I noticed that the receipt mentioned “assisted by” Karen..not Jia Jun. I’m not sure if that’s just a system thing, but thought I’d check in case there was a mix-up. Thanks again for the great service!

I've been to many Goyard stores around the world, and whenever I walk in, the staff always seems upset. Who knows—maybe they think no one is buying anything, or whatever the reason. I don't know if they get commission or are paid hourly, so I get the feeling of being a waste of time. But yes, I love the brand and will always support it. It wouldn't hurt them to smile, though! I guess they only opened up after

I had the honour of Linus assisting me in my visit. Linus immediately greeted me as I walked in and offered assistance with a smile and infectious enthusiasm. He quickly found me everything I was looking for (I had a mental list), and the purchase process couldn’t be smoother. Linus also provided me with information about other products and some history on the brand which I am always interested in hearing. I purchased four items today. Thank you to Linus and I will be back again. Excellent customer service!

Lots of choices in many colors. I was taken care by LINUS CHIA who always give a very good recommendations, tips and always smile. I asked him if he had lunch at 4 pm, he still didn't and even no time to go to restroom because customers always come. With his great services, I ended up buying two pieces. He can also speaks Thai! Impressive!!

We had a wonderful experience at Goyard Taka, thanks to the excellent service provided by Jet. He was incredibly patient with us, guiding us through our decision-making process with expertise and care. His keen knowledge of fashion was evident when he introduced us to a different way of carrying the GM, which we hadn't considered before. Despite occasional disruptions from rowdy tourist groups who disregarded the clear barriers, Jet remained professional and handled the situation gracefully, ensuring that we still received his full attention. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Came here to accompany my wife who wanted to buy a handbag. I had ZERO intention or interest in buying anything for myself. I ended up walking away with a men's wallet. We were assisted by the lovely Joey and she was very patient in letting us browse all the different products and colours, as well as letting us leave our bags at the store so we could browse other shops without carrying all our bags.

Visited the store tgt with family, no queue on workday night. My family member asked the sales lady some questions, and the staff rolled her eyes with this impatient and disdainful look on her face. Zero professional attitude and zero service. ☹️

Long overdue post, but I brought in a bag for repair and after waiting in line for about 30 minutes, I was attended to by a friendly staff member, who then proceeded to check my purchase history, and even though it had been several years since I bought the bag, they fixed it for free! Even though it took a while to be fixed (a few months), it was absolutely fine with me. When I came to collect the bag, I waited in line again, and both times I was treated like a paying customer. For those saying they have to queue etc. even though they had bought from Goyard before, why would you think others have not, and why would you expect preferential treatment?

wish I could remember the name of the salesperson who helped me with my purchase. He was very kind, professional, and cooperative. The whole process was smooth and quick. I got the bag I wanted in just 10 minutes. Thank you for the excellent service!
