Back in Sept 2024, came down 2x within a week to purchase a few bags for my wife and a trolley luggage for myself. Delighted with the service from Abdillah. Patiently assisted us on both occasions. When I came back end of the year to get it repaired things seemed to get worse. Abdillah is no longer around thus couldn't make an appointment, and had to queue. We had to fly in from Australia to collect this!
They don't seem to recognize/appreciate returned clients.
The repair service had some hiccups. No regular updates, and even on my recent visits to collect the luggage, service was way below par.
Till today I still had to text Abdillah who is no longer with the brand to assist me. Think the company indeed let go of a reliable/valuable staff.

Goyard nowdays don’t repair the bag if you don’t keep the recepti which is ridiculous unless is fake I can understand cause when you received as a gift do y ask the person for the receipt and they accept the repair and email me say that they can’t accept the repair cause there is no receipt provided and seriously if your bag colours faded after two years then what should I do right,never ever buy goyard again and stupid policy

I don’t know what’s wrong with this store in Singapore and why they act so much as if they are Hermes. Your brand is currently highly trendy but in 1-2 years it’ll already be outdated so I really don’t get the attitude of the SA. come back on earth.

SA name called Ang, she don’t even greet us and not so welcome.
Although she was not welcome, I bought Artois PM (yellow) bag, but my big mistake is i didn't check the bag after she pack.I usually let SA to handle for smooth transaction .
Next day, i wrote email to shop to ask for exchange with other colour, and email said that must have plastics wrap around strap.
When i open and check my bag, there is no plastic wrap on my new bag.
I feel like they giving me display item. As goyard ,SA should check bag before packing.
I dont mind to keep this yellow bag.
Everyone pls learn lesson , pls check ur bag before they do final packing and before go out from shop.
