Dear Team MAC,
I would love to compliment Kai Ning from the branch as your senior retail personel. I was previously served by Cher Wee who's amazing and very people person.
The last few times, I got to know Kai Ning. I can remember her because she was very thoughtful the first time I met her. I am a male hence I do not have so much to use unfortunately but I am always ready to trust her and support her.
Today, I met her and was lucky she took care of my studio fix. She was patient and detailed. I know we all can purchase online these days however, I believe in personal touch as we are all in the service industry. It's commendable and she's great. Thank you MAC.

During my visit to MAC Cosmetics taka, I asked a few questions for clarification. Because i really don't the step and don't know the product. The sales assistant responded in an impatient and dismissive manner that made me feel belittled. I was offended by the lack of professionalism, and overall, it was a very disappointing customer-service experience.

Mac has to improve in terms of giving some sort of samples to customers. Regardless of how many items I buy, there is not even on sample. This is the only makeup brand shop that doesnt provide this service which is atrocious. How can us customers know which product is suitable if there are no samples? I have bought many times from taka mac without any samples and I vow never to return again.

We’re lucky to have Esther in the store - a very kind and patient lady who helped my mom & I with swatches. Great store with lots of products and colours in stock. Thanks Esther for being awesome!

I had a wonderful experience with Haziah during my recent visit to MAC. Despite being alone at the counter and managing another customer as well, she remained incredibly patient and attentive throughout.
MAC had recently changed its colour numbering system, and Haziah persistently doing swatches and matching until she found the perfect shade for me. Her dedication, warmth, and willingness to assist stood out remarkably.
Given that some of the general reviews about the service at this outlet haven’t been very positive, I felt it was important to highlight Haziah’s outstanding service. She truly made my visit a welcoming and pleasant one after some earlier disappointing experiences with others who do not seem to be able to give good recommendations for skin of colour.

Long-time MAC customer, but the service was indifferent—whether served or not, it made no difference. The staff had a nonchalant attitude, almost as if a robot could have done the job just as well. Service standards in Singapore are really disappointing.

Had a wonderful experience with Esther. She was incredibly patient, listened to what I wanted, and her skills really shone through. Super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. Left feeling confident and beautiful—highly recommend!

Called to ask the closing time. The staff said closing time 915pm. Reached store at 910pm but the store was closed.

I recently developed an unexpected skin injury from an aesthetic procedure (look at last photo). The pigment is coming back but it will take sometime for my skin to return to its original pigment. In the meantime, I’d have to wear foundation when I have meetings etc.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Cher Wee, a talented makeup artist at MAC. Cher's expertise and dedication helped me understand foundation better as I never wore foundation in the past.
From the moment I approached Cher, he greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, immediately putting me at ease. Cher made sure to listen attentively to my concerns about my skin flaws, and his knowledge and understanding of different makeup techniques were evident as he began to work his magic. I mean just look at the pictures attached.
I left the store feeling incredibly confident and grateful for Cher's assistance. His professionalism, skill, and friendly demeanour made the entire experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Cher Wee to anyone, especially with regards to this kind of coverage. MAC never fails - always been a fan since I wore makeup!
