I had a great experience thanks to Michelle when I recently bought a Hermès wallet. She was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. I had a special request for delivery overseas that ended up being a bit of a hassle, but Michelle handled it smoothly and never once made me feel like it was a burden. She kept me updated, followed through on everything, and really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across service like this — she made the whole experience feel personal and genuinely enjoyable. Huge thanks to Michelle.

I bought a bag from them. I later discovered it was recoloured and I informed them I wanted a refund as this was not disclosed to me and I was not buying the bag in its true condition. They refused to refund as they said I had to do within 7 days. And then as an alternative they offered to consign or resell for me. This is ridiculous customer service as they did not declare the true condition of the bag before selling to customers

Over the years, I have been getting my bags elsewhere and due to a lapse in service, I decided to stop supporting and confirmed a bag with Luxlexicon instead. Ashley tended to me and she was a joy to deal with in the entire process. I was comparing between 2 bags and her responses are prompt and helpful. I appreciate her genuine service and even as I asked for another bag before placing deposit, she still did not dismiss me as a fickle customer and continued to be responsive. When I dropped in at the store for collection, Ashley was busy with another customer so I was served by Jeanne and Michelle. I was impressed that not only was service not snobbish, they were professional and knowledgeable too! I asked questions such as whether it was worthwhile to pay additional 3% with CC if I can earn KF miles and Michelle thoughtfully assessed the situation for me! She even advised me how to keep my bags in tip top condition. Jeanne helped me with tying a twilly and asked if I could leave the bag overnight because she didn’t want to rush the job and wanted it to be perfect. I agreed and appreciated that she wanted to do her best for me. The next day, I went back and met the 3 ladies. The experience was just as wonderful as the first day. Jeanne and Michelle even re-tied the twillies on my other bag. Talk about going the extra mile! My new bag turned out so beautiful with Jeanne’s twilly tying expertise. I have a new look for my bag! Oh Jeanne even tied back the ribbon on the Hermes box so prettily for my unboxing video. 🥰 Thank you Ashley, Jeanne and Michelle for making my first shopping experience at Luxlexicon a memorable one! 💯 Definitely recommending to everyone and I’m sure to support for a long time to come!
